NORWALK, Conn. – Shania Osborne’s free throw with 5.1 seconds left in double overtime gave the Lady Stags a 48-47 victory over the Hoyas Sunday and the Division 3 title in the Norwalk Recreation and Parks Girls Basketball League. Division 3 is made up of seventh- and eighth-grade players.

NORWALK, Conn. – Tom Cossuto knows a lot of teams are out to knock off the Aces, defending champions in the East Division of the Norwalk Recreation and Parks softball tournament. He also knows the team’s undefeated run to the title last year provided invaluable experience.

According to a note on the Recreation and Parks website, games will be played on Wednesday if the fields can be made playable. Teams who play Wednesday will be notified if there are further delays.
