NORWALK, Conn. – A Norwalk woman was arrested Monday afternoon and charged with drug possession during a motor vehicle stop in connection with an allegedly broken windshield, Norwalk police say. NORWALK, Conn. – Two brothers reported being robbed early Tuesday in Norwalk's Wall Street area, Norwalk Police say. One of the men was taken to Norwalk Hospital with non-life threatening injuries, Sgt. Lisa Cotto said.
