Analiese Paik, founder of The Fairfield Green Food Guide, offered samples of locally-made ice cream at a tasting at Whole Foods Market in Westport today. She also answered questions about sustainability and the advantages of buying products produced in the community. Besides ice cream, gelato and sorbet were also
