Touchstone Community School
Touchstone Community School is a non-profit, independent school serving children ages 3 to 14 from throughout central Massachusetts. We've been in the community for almost 30 years -- making our playing fields available to town soccer teams; providing free workshops and seminars for children, teachers, and parents; volunteering at senior centers, Brigham Community Farm, animal-care facilities; cleaning up streets and roads in Grafton annually, among other services. Our library was recently destroyed by a burst water pipe, and our playground is in need of repair. We would love to receive this award to help with these and other projects so that we may continue our mission of providing education and community service for the area. – 2:17pm
